Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase.

*Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be entertained.
Return/ Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email through valiantacc9@gmail.com.
Damaged or wrong item
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Kindly email us at valiantacc9@gmail.com with:
- Brief explanation
- Clear picture of damaged part
- Order code and details
Please note that damage return is only eligible within 14days of receiving your item.
Any charges for return?
We offer free returns on all Malaysian orders.
International buyers are responsible for the return shipping charges.
Non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items. Items damaged by the customer and not from manufacturing issues are also not eligible for refund.
Order Cancelation
Kindly contact us within 24hrs at valiantacc9@gmail.com with the reason of cancelation and you order number. All refunds will be processed accordingly.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected the returned item. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
